She also runs Fruit Pruning courses during Jan through to March and writes extensively on gardens, plants and aspects of horticulture on her blog and other publications
 
She is quite happy to give talks in person and via Zoom.
Lou has worked in horticulture for over 20 years, exhibiting at shows such as Chelsea, Hampton court, Malvern, Gardeners world and Three counties. Trained at Garden Organic she has also had the pleasure of working in some beautiful gardens such as Sissinghurst and Hole Park and is Currently Head Gardener of one of Essex’s gems Ulting Wick, a private garden that opens for NGS. Twice voted into the top 3 gardens in the South East by Garden News readers it boasts 2 highly ornate planting schemes throughout the year.
